Cafe Sputnik in Sonneberg

A super cozy café has been created here, where you can feel the attention to detail with all your senses. High quality ingredients are used for the dishes, which you can taste in the end result. Best of all: the ingredients are not only fresh, but predominantly regional, so that small businesses in the region are also supported. I have been able to convince myself of this several times and can hardly wait to eat the next pizza - it is the absolute highlight and probably the best pizza far and wide. If you don't try them, you will unfortunately miss the culinary delight of your life ... finally a great destination in Sonneberg !!! :) The price / performance ratio is great - for THIS quality and quantity of your food I would even be willing to pay more! KEEP IT UP!!:)

Very nice place, good coffee, very good value for money. My girlfriend ate a cake that was also very tasty (homemade). The hearty food at the next tables looked very good too. Keep it up!!!

A passionately furnished café in the middle of Sonneberg's beautiful old town. It invites you to linger and thus helps to slow down the food culture a bit and to spend a nice evening with friends or family. The service is also super friendly and the food very tasty, especially the pizzas, which have by far no competition in Sonneberg. Yammi :)

Sorry, that's the way it is when others play with other cell phones. Your cafe is ideal, but a question: how can it be that there is only one toilet for all visitors and staff. There is still not even disinfectant material available. ???????? Otherwise everything is fine. A little German snacks could be offered. Still all the best. Sorry again.

Unfortunately full, but due to a lack of time I couldn't wait until a seat became available. On this day, because of the nice weather, you could have served outside, but unfortunately the garden furniture had already been cleared away.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere (beer garden) was very nice and the location was quiet and there were no annoying cars. The service was very friendly and helpful all in all it was a very nice evening price performance match. PS. A couple of mushroom heaters would be really good for the colder evenings. Otherwise it is highly recommended, the soft ice cream is also a real hit. Thumbs up and keep it up. 👍🍻👍

Very nice café, with a lovingly furnished courtyard / garden, everything has been extensively renovated. The service was extremely friendly, there are homemade cakes, good coffee and delicious ice cream. The map clearly shows who the suppliers are. We were actually thrilled to have found such a gem in the old town of Sonneberg.

We will come back in any case :) Super delicious food and drinks. Very friendly service. An extra snack plate was set up even for the youngest. We recommend.

We were able to celebrate a wedding here in a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, uncomplicated and took good care of us. Super delicious food! And the best homemade lemonades I've drunk so far 👍

Insider tip: charming gem in the old town of Sonneberg Such a location was actually missing in the place. Immensely cozy, loving and summery beer garden embedded in the old town of Sonneberg. Exudes a Mediterranean (or wine-Franconian, if you know it) flair and feels like a little vacation away from everyday life. Very refreshing and appealing menu. Tarte flambée, baked goat cheese, summer salad variations, cocktails, delicious lemonades and of course coffee and homemade cakes. Fair prices. Child-friendly (small toys outside, a sandpit and a swing for the youngest). Very nice staff. Inside extremely cozy (almost like a living room) in the style of the 60s / 70s. In short: great, friendly, refreshingly different! Absolute recommendation. Good luck to the team!
